Before I begin, allow me to say, "Hi, how have you all been doing? Busy year, eh?" as well as apologising (for no reason) for procrastinating and not writing any drabbles.

I have a small request. (Maybe it's not so small, but...)
I had practise SAT questions yesterday at Elite, and one passage was a novel excerpt. I really enjoyed the excerpt, and wanted to find the novel.
The only problem is, I don't know how.
I have tried searching through Google and some other websites, but I have no clue as to how to find this. Wikipedia is no help.
Long point short: I need help finding a novel, as said in the title. What I know is this:
-The novel was published in 2001, and is in English.
-Name of author/title is unknown (which gives me fabulously no help).
-The main character is a female mystery writer, Susan, who writes under a pseudonym, R. E. Sinclair. She has a fiancé, Oliver, who is negotiating/negotiated with a publisher to publish a romance novel, (maybe) under a pseudonym as well: Olivia Northington.
-I have no clue as to what genre, or what the rest of the story is. The excerpt only showed Susan thinking about pseudonyms, mostly.
If you know this novel, would you please let me know the title & author, please? Thank you!
